SMRT: Head & Neck and Arm & Hand

SMRT is a positional release modality created by a massage therapist for massage therapists. SMRT is easy for the therapist to do and does not cause the client pain while being highly effective at restoring functional posture, resolving trigger points, and balancing tone in muscles. With SMRT we work all tissues – bones, ligaments, muscles, tendons, fascia – at the same time we are engaging the proprioceptors and changing neuromuscular patterning.

SMRT Head & Neck teaches you to work the posterior, lateral and anterior neck, as well as the head, while SMRT Arm & Hand teaches you to work from the hand through the lateral shoulder. This combo class is NCBTMB approved for 24 CEs.
