This class will provide you an in-depth overview of Thai Massage theory and history. You will leave this one-day class with several signature Thai massage techniques that you can easily incorporate into your table sessions. You will also learn the Thai approach to body mechanics that will save your hands and transform the way you perform all your massages. Please come dressed in loose or stretchy comfortable clothing.
