This course consists of our 4 four hour courses (The Basics\, Upper Body\, Lower Body and Advanced Cupping with Movement) \nJoin us for this 2-day\, hands-on training and learn how to provide quick and effective pain management for the enhanced mobility of your clients with Cupping Therapy. Interested in learning how to educate your clients on the ways in which a program of Cupping Therapy fits perfectly into their wellness activities? Let’s delve into the history\, theory\, research and ethics in Cupping Therapy in order that you have a volume of knowledge not only about how best to provide this treatment\, but also how to explain it\, how to recognize contraindications\, and how to enhance overall client retention. \nThis Cupping course is unique in that we do not focus on any one ‘type’ of Cupping Therapy but rather focus on the research available and the types of treatments that can be provided using the various products in the marketplace. This approach provides you with the knowledge and skill on how to use a number of different types of cups to achieve the overall therapeutic outcome your clients are looking for. \nThere is 2-way communication at all times\, both audio and video\, so the instructor and students are more involved the entire length of the course and lots of hands on time! You learn how to use 13 different cupping sets\, the history\, contraindications/indications\, proper cleaning protocols\, specific treatments for many issues seen in clients\, charting\, cupping with movement\, nerve glides\, scar tissue work and debunking of many myths taught in the industry. \nWe provide you with information on how to treat common client complaints by using Cupping Therapy for the overall outcome of your client’ treatment plan. We will cover techniques to use that are specific for the treatment of injuries and enhancing mobility. The camera will pick up what you are doing\, so a way of using it close to you and hands free will be very helpful.\na good quality internet connection\na headset or headphones with a mic (the ones that come with most phones will work well) This will stop feedback from happening when people have open microphones.\na person to practice on – a detailed time schedule will be sent prior to the course so you can make arrangements as needed. They will not be waiting around all day.
