Mobile Prenatal Massage Therapist – Compassionate, Client-Centered Care (DFW)
Overview
Manna Massage & Wellness is seeking heart-centered Mobile Prenatal Massage Therapists to support mothers and families during the sacred and transformative time of pregnancy and postpartum. Our therapists create calm, nurturing, and judgment-free spaces where clients feel truly seen, supported, and cared for, right in the comfort of their own homes. This dynamic role allows you to deliver specialized massage therapy tailored to prenatal and postpartum needs, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being, while building meaningful relationships with your clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual prenatal or postpartum conditions and tailor massage techniques accordingly.
- Provide safe and effective prenatal and postpartum massage, including deep relief, lymphatic drainage, and other modalities suited for pregnancy-related discomforts.
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend appropriate practices to support their pregnancy or postpartum journey.
- Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient responses, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Ensure a clean, professional environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and maintaining equipment hygiene during mobile visits.
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment plans, expectations, and post-session care to foster trust and satisfaction.
- Travel throughout the DFW area with your own massage table, linens, and supplies.
Qualifications
- Active Texas Massage License
- Prenatal Massage Certification (required)
- Lymphatic Drainage and Hot Stone Certification preferred (not required)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in prenatal massage
- Proven experience in patient service, spa, mobile service, Chiropractic or wellness health settings preferred
- Knowledge of physiology and anatomy terminology and health principles related to prenatal care
- Compassionate, client-focused approach with a strong sense of professionalism
- Reliable transportation and liability insurance ($2M minimum)
- Ability to work independently while managing mobile appointments efficiently
