Learn to give nurturing Ayurvedic massage and bodywork with this intensive workshop. Over our four days together you’ll learn everything you need to know to perform Ayurvedic bodywork. Course includes Shirodhara, External Basti, Steam baths, dry brushing, Ayurvedic Head Massage, Facial Marma massage.
