Zoom Table Thai

Thai massage is traditionally performed on a mat on the floor. The client is fully clothed, and the therapist uses compression and stretching movements to move the client into assisted yoga postures. We will be modifying it to perform on the massage table.

This is what we will explore in this class. Learn a full-body beginner Thai routine on the massage table.
Thai massage is performed on a fully clothed client, using compression, stretching, pin-and-stretch, movement, and rocking.

You are required to provide yourself with a massage model to work on during class. This class is heavily hands-on. You may need a different model before lunch and after lunch so your model doesn’t get over-worked.

You will be emailed a Zoom link 2 weeks before class. You will receive a handout to print out so that you can remember all your favorite moves. You will also receive a link to a YouTube video of all the moves. Class replay will be available.

Class is NCBTMB approved for 8 hours. You will be emailed a certificate of attendance after the class. It is the responsibility of the student to adhere to the requirements of their state’s governing board regarding CE classes.

Class is 9am-6pm Mountain Time Zone
