• Learn the difference between Flexibility, Mobility and StabilityLower & Upper Body Sequencing
• We will cover how to properly and effectively stretch the lower and upper extremities in a safe way using end range and nervous system as your guide
• We will use the various styles of stretching and discuss the when, how and effectiveness of each stretch as it relates to your client populations
• How Stretch can be used as a testing tool to assess client mobility
• This will include demonstration and hands on application
