Description:
Feel more comfortable and confident adding this essential component into your sessions with every client. While reviewing anatomy and kinesiology, that will help bring this knowledge to hands-on practice. We will navigate the most optimal approach to stretching for a therapeutic outcome. Passive, active and PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) will be discussed and practiced.
Supplies to Bring: Please dress in comfortable but professional attire as we will be practicing each stretch in class. Bath towel, sheet set, and pen or pencil for notes.
