By understanding the basic principles of energy work and implementing techniques to sharpen intuition and establish boundaries, participants will learn how to navigate their practice effectively and minimize the risk of picking up others’ energies.

Requirements: Participants are required to provide themselves with a model to work on during class. Models will be needed after the lunch break.
