Join us for an immersive workshop where you’ll learn the art of Seated Ashiatsu massage. Discover how to effectively apply massage techniques and compression using your feet while seated on a stool, taking the strain off your hands and providing a unique experience for your clients.

Class Highlights: This class includes a discussion on “How to introduce your clients to a new modality”. These movements call for some core and leg strength. But don’t worry, you will develop that strength as you practice!
Supplies Needed:
• Set of massage sheets including face cradle cover
• 2 Large bath towels
• 1 Hand towel or king pillowcase
• Sanitizable flip flops
• Massage cream/lotion/oil
• Massage Table

Requirements:
• A wall at the head of your massage table or the ability to move your table there. We will be leaning against it as we sit on a stool at the head of the table.
• If no wall is available, we will discuss options during class
• Stable 29″ stool (no swivel, no wheels) or 24″ stool if using an electric table

Massage Model Requirement: Participants must provide a massage model to work on during class.
Zoom Link & Communication: Two weeks before class, participants will receive a Zoom link via email from integrity.ed@yahoo.com. Please ensure this email address is added to your contacts to prevent emails from going to spam/junk folders. Communication regarding the class will be via email, so provide a valid email address during registration.
NCBTMB Approval & Certificate: This Zoom class is NCBTMB approved for 8 hours. Participants will receive a certificate of attendance via email after the class. Please familiarize yourself with your state’s governing board requirements regarding CE classes.
