We are looking for another LMT tired of the grind.
We are a small but busy, therapist owned, private studio catering to McHenry County, focusing on the art on clinical massage.
Listen, I know we’re all tired asf and not getting paid ethically, working too many hours and stacking clients with no breaks. No Bueno.
We are looking for one part-time therapist to fill a couple days a week. You pick your days, lunch time if applicable, and hours worked.
30 minutes between clients because rushed notes aren’t great notes, and we’re not machines.
No parking in the street or public lot. We’re right off the square so we are surrounded by good food.
Paid holidays, and we offer unlimited mental health days. Free skincare and massage monthly. PTO starts after 90 days.
No side work, advertising, laundry duties, or pushing extra crap to make a sale. You do your thing and go home for the day.
Oh, and no non-compete clause, and you keep your client list & ratings. We’re not about that life.
Wage starting at $30 dph, or split commission at 60% (yes to the therapist, anything lower is theft)
Compensation for AMTA insurance if you don’t have your own.
We don’t have pizza parties or health insurance (yet) but we’re still small, but I’m working on it.
Yes, you must have a professional license issued by the IDFPR.
No, you don’t need years of experience. Fresh grads are welcome.
